该剧以2016年时尚杂志社为背景，讲述杂志《盛装》在转型之时意外面临主编空缺时的一系列故事。有着深厚行业背景的副主编陈开怡（宋佳饰）踌躇满志，志在捍卫内容价值。集团却任命了肖红雪（袁咏仪饰）为新主编，她认为内容和商业同样重要，俩人的方向有着本质区别。肖红雪主张的杂志新方向让广告总监鲁斌斌（陈赫饰）得以大展拳脚，但注重内容独立的专题组却必然受到打压。重重矛盾下，《盛装》的风暴一触即发。 卷进风暴之中的还有初入杂志社的实习生李娜（宋祖儿饰），对杂志有着别样野心的亚太区总出版人项庭锋（王耀庆饰），与杂志社有着千丝万缕关系的汽车品牌副总雷启泰（王泷正饰），幕后资本执棋者顾明山（李诚儒饰），富家女柳子琪（王紫璇饰），大隐于市的餐厅老板老颓（林永健饰）。 此外，《盛装》里还活跃着各色职场众生，内容专题组的总监严凯（张超饰），李娜室友、流程...。Katherine of Alexandria, brought up as a nomad and living in the desert, was aged just 11 when Emperor Maxentius saw her whilst out on patrol. Consumed by her beauty, impudence and uncanny talent for languages, he abducted the child, killing her family.
