Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。木下薰20歲即將從女子短期大學畢業，開始找工作，因為家不是住在東京，多數東京的公司認為單身女子住在外，都不願聘請，老家的父母也希望女兒出嫁前能住在家裡，多一點時間相聚，一直逼她回家鄉，甚至幫她安排好工作，買了車子，但是還年輕的她想在東京試試看...。
